These hot / cold packs are perfect for relieving aches and pains or even to warm up on a cold day.
- Filled with Jasmine rice
- Can be warmed multiple times in the microwave
- Freeze for use as a cold pack
Directions: Spread the rice evenly and place in microwave. Warm in microwave for between 45 and 60 seconds on high. Remove and shake. Warm for another 20 to 30 seconds. Since microwaves vary, start with the least amount of time and work your way up to determine your preferred temperature.
If using as a cold pack, place in freezer and use as required. The pack can be left in the freezer if you are planning to use it as a cold pack often.
