Southern Whiskey & Cracked Pepper Rib Rebellion Sauce
Here’s how it’s done: Season a rack o’ribs with salt & pepper and place on baking sheet. Give‘em a quick 5 minute broil before turnin’ down to 150°C (300°F). Let‘em go for 1½ hours, slather with sauce and cover. Repeat this every 20 minutes for 1½ hours. Serve with a whack of sauce on the side for dippin’.
