Shipping + Delivery

The order processing time be up to three business days during busy times or sales. Processing time does not include the shipping time; it is the time that it takes to get your order packed up and ready for pick up or shipping. In most cases, orders are processed in less than 24 business hours. Please note we only process orders on days that the physical store is open.

When in store pick up is selected at checkout, please wait until you receive the notification that your order is ready. All efforts are made to have in store pick up orders ready as soon as possible, but they may take up to 24 hours to process. We try to keep the website inventory as accurate as possible, but in the event there is a discrepancy we want you to know before you come to the store to pick up your items.

In-store pick up orders must be picked up within three weeks of the email notification being sent. If an order has not been picked up, it will be considered abandoned and donated. Orders not picked up will not be refunded.

On some items, we may offer pre orders. We try our best to give accurate arrival times for the pre ordered product to arrive at the store. Due to working with small and local vendors, sometimes deliveries can be delayed. If there is a change in the pre order arrival timing, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible. Unless otherwise indicated the date in the pre-order is when the products will arrive at the store, after that date our regular order processing and delivery times apply.

When you choose shipping, it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. Once the tracking number has been created for the order, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery as the package is in the hands of the carrier. All packages are shipped using either Canada Post or Swiftpost (Canpar) and are sent using expedited shipping.

Free shipping is available on orders over $150 (before taxes within Canada). This option will be available for you to automatically select once your order reaches the minimum amount. Simply choose the free shipping option.

Flat rate Canadian shipping is available for orders under $100 (before taxes). The current rate is $20 CAD and this rate is subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep shipping prices economical.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 (before the subtotal).

Packages are shipped after the regular order processing time (up to three days). All orders are sent with tracking, we do not ship using letter mail.

Some hard to ship or larger items are not available for shipping. These are marked as pick up only in the item detail section.

Returns + Exchanges

All handmade items are final sale. All items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of the handmade goods we carry, there is a chance that the website may list the item you are ordering in stock, and when the order is being fulfilled, it may be out of stock. We try our best to ensure that the website is up to date, but there is always the chance that this situation could occur. If this happens, you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund for that item or the chance to substitute an alternative product if applicable.

If you have ordered any apparel (i.e. shirt, sweatshirt, bodysuit, etc.) online or in-store as a gift and the recipient needs a different size, you must contact us within seven (7) days to be eligible for a size exchange (if the same product is available in another size) or a store credit for the amount paid for the item. Item will only be eligible for exchange or store credit if it is returned in unworn/new condition with tags attached. To begin your exchange, please send an email to hello@onesixtyone.ca.
