All handmade items are final sale. All items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
ORDER DISCREPANCIES
Due to the nature of the handmade goods we carry, there is a chance that the website may list the item you are ordering in stock, and when the order is being fulfilled, it may be out of stock. We try our best to ensure that the website is up to date, but there is always the chance that this situation could occur. If this happens, you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund for that item or the chance to substitute an alternative product if applicable.
EXCHANGES
If you have ordered any apparel (i.e. shirt, sweatshirt, bodysuit, etc.) online or in-store as a gift and the recipient needs a different size, you must contact us within seven (7) days to be eligible for a size exchange (if the same product is available in another size) or a store credit for the amount paid for the item. Item will only be eligible for exchange or store credit if it is returned in unworn/new condition with tags attached. To begin your exchange, please send an email to info@onesixtyone.ca.
