All handmade items and all items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for change of mind or customer preference.

This policy does not apply where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law, or where an order is incorrect, defective or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product, including its ingredients, materials, sizing or sourcing, please contact us before ordering.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and change-of-mind requests are not guaranteed to be approved. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We may consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, but approval is at our discretion.

Items marked final sale remain subject to our final-sale policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES

Due to the nature of the handmade goods we carry, there is a chance that the website may list the item you are ordering in stock, and when the order is being fulfilled, it may be out of stock. We try our best to ensure that the website is up to date, but there is always the chance that this situation could occur. If this happens, you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund for that item or the chance to substitute an alternative product if applicable.

EXCHANGES

If you have ordered any apparel (i.e. shirt, sweatshirt, bodysuit, etc.) online or in-store as a gift and the recipient needs a different size, you must contact us within seven (7) days to be eligible for a size exchange (if the same product is available in another size) or a store credit for the amount paid for the item. Item will only be eligible for exchange or store credit if it is returned in unworn/new condition with tags attached. To begin your exchange, please send an email to info@onesixtyone.ca.
