They have no embeds as they’re shower streamers only. Place one on the floor while you’re in the shower and it will dissolve and release the essential oils into the air/steam. be sure to place in In-direct water. These are AMAZING!! I get migraines and I place one of each on the floor and breathe it all in and it helps so much ❤️ they’re great if you’re headachy, stuffed up or just need to relax.
