Who doesn't love chocolate cake? Hands down my favourite!! Our chocolate cake is light and fluffy, gluten-free and dairy-free. Perfect for taking on a picnic, sharing with a friend or for special occasions. Can be made vegan by using a flax egg. Makes 1 - 8" round or square cake or 1 dozen cupcakes. No one will realize it's free from gluten, dairy and soy. Certified gluten-free - produced in a nut-free kitchen. Ingredients include organic rice flour and dutch processed cocoa powder. Free from preservatives and additives.
