I'm Val, owner of One Sixty One in Paris, Ontario. I've spent 15+ years in retail, finance, and operations — and along the way I was also a maker, and part of shops as a vendor. I've been on both sides of the table, which means I understand what it's like whether you're running a shop, selling your work, or somewhere in between.

I started offering consultations because I know how isolating it can be to run a small business — any small business. I'm not here to hand you a checklist or tell you what worked for me. I'm here to sit down with you, think it through together, and help you figure out what works for you.
