These are lovely, breathable, reusable cotton pads. The patterned side is for use against the skin. The solid black cotton is to be worn against the underwear. Cloth menstrual pads are an amazing alternative to disposable. They’re better for the environment, better for your budget and better for your health!

The liner (light flow) pad topper is made of cotton, plus 1 layer of absorbent flannel, a 2 layer cotton flannel core, backed with PUL and finished with black cotton to prevent sliding.

Care: Wash pads before first use. Wash in cold water with dark laundry. Low tumble dry, For for best results hang or lay flat to dry. Pre-soaking is not required, but suggested to minimize staining. Soak for 1-2 hours in cold water with stain remover prior to washing.

Due to the personal nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for refund or exchange. Actual colours may vary from pictures due to computer settings.

The order processing time be up to three business days during busy times or sales. Processing time does not include the shipping time, it is the time that it takes to get your order packed up and ready for pick up or shipping. In most cases, orders are processed in less than 24 business hours. Please note we only process orders on days that the physical store is open.

Free shipping is available on orders over $150 (before taxes within Canada). This option will be available for you to automatically select once your order reaches the minimum amount. Simply choose the free shipping option.

Flat rate Canadian shipping is available for orders under $100 (before taxes). The current rate is $20 CAD and this rate is subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep shipping prices economical.
